SPECIFICATIONS: -hot pack cover appx. 21in. x 6in. -3 rice packs appx. 6in. x 6in.
USE: -Recommend washing outer cover prior to first use in cold water, with like colors, tumble dry in low heat -heat in microwave only, for 1 minute, turn over, then heat for another 30 seconds as needed -Do Not heat for more than 2 minutes at a time
CARE: -Remove rice pack prior to washing -Do not immerse rice packs in water
